This is an intensive training on Non-violent ways of dealing with issues
from work related, relationships and dealing with the public. This goes

beyond work ethics or how they should conduct themselves to inter-
personal, teaching them how to let go, the power of walking away,

winning a battle without going to war.

This training identifies violence as a challenge that cuts across affecting
the victims in relation to diversity in culture, economy, politics, education,
health and psychology. This is an opportunity for various governments,
activists’ cooperation’s, and non-governmental organizations to evaluate
the issues of violence, eradicate the issue permanently and promote
gender equality.
