Martha Shumba is the Founder and Executive Director of Nala Holdings International, with the World Leader Summit (2020) and Ment Her magazine (2021) awards to her name. She is a Resourceful and accomplished individual with over 7 years’ comprehensive leadership, Business Development and Management experience in fast-paced environments, working with IT Companies, providing integrated business and ICT Solutions to SMMEs as well as Civic organizations in Southern Africa.

She has diverse range of stakeholder management experiences which she
accumulated from both Civic/NGO and Corporate sector, proving to have
Effective negotiation skills, Maintaining proper liaison and coordination with commercial accounts for smooth functioning of an organization.
In 2013, Shumba joined the Organization of African youth, becoming their first Female Chairperson in 2015, where she learnt a lot about organizational structures, composition, Leadership and Management
Skills.

Her commitment to tackling African young people’s challenges actively
has seen her being featured in diverse media like SABC, Jakaranda, SAFM, Good Morning Africa and many others. She is currently the Head of Entrepreneurship of the Pan African Information Communication Technology (PAICTA) an association that seeks to act as a digital-transformative body in the interest of ICT SMMEs through meaningful engagement with their respective governments,
corporates, multinationals, private organizations and the African Union.
